Getting Started

The starting point for building a great wedding or event is probably best decided with a simple phone call. From that call, you and one of our friendly planners can discuss the venue you might have in mind as well as building out a concept of your special day or event. We offer more than 18 facilities in the greater Lehigh Valley. If you’re having trouble deciding on a venue that might be suitable for you, please don’t hesitate to call and we can discuss your options! From the initial phone call we can see if you’re a good match for each other and schedule a time to meet for a complimentary consultation.

Unique Wedding & Catering Events

We build every wedding and event menu CUSTOM! Please don’t hesitate to ask for changes, as we’re more than happy to build the menu of your choosing. No need for a cookie cutter event!

The menu’s on our website are priced as food-only. Wedding cake, beverage services (non-alcoholic), staffing, rentals, gratuity, tax, etc. are not included. Travel time may be a factor as well depending on your event location. Please don’t hesitate to ask about any additional services you might be looking for – we have a full stable of high quality DJ’s, live bands, invitation stores, photo booths, photographers, limousine companies and other florists.

Putting The Pieces Together for your Allentown, Bethlehem, Lehigh Valley Event

Rentals items like tables, chairs, linens, stemware, glassware, china, etc. are all additional and are available in many styles and colors. For us to attempt to build a full price list of these items is almost impossible as the options are endless. We will work with you to determine your exact needs without overspending your budget! We always suggest floor length linens and cloth napkins, but we also offer less expensive options if you happen to be on a budget. We have over 1000 linen choices and have access to many more! Our basic linens come in over 80 colors – so no need to upgrade to something more pricey if you don’t wish to!

We offer complimentary samplings, which are done once a menu and services are selected and we’re certain that the budget works. We usually sign a contract and a deposit is placed at the time of the sampling. We’ve never had a client leave a sampling unhappy!

After the sampling you have plenty of time to select colors and move on with other parts of your wedding or event planning with other vendor meetings knowing you are on the right path with your catering and reception needs!

Our floral division is always available to work with you in creating amazing centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and more! We also offer some unique rental items that can save you a lot of money and provide a very upscale look to the event at a very reasonable cost.
